Sales Director, Large Networks
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Sales Director to secure growth in the DACH market focusing on Large EV charging Networks.

What you’ll do
- Develop compelling business cases and engage C-level executives in strategic discussions.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with key stakeholders, potential customers and their partners to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities including effective prospecting to expand the customer base.
- Manage the sales pipeline and sales processes, ensuring accurate forecasting and successful opportunity closure..
- Maintain and strengthen existing customer relationships while expanding the company’s customer base.
- Achieve ambitious sales targets.
What you’ll bring
You are a result driven self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills and a proven track record of selling complex IoT solutions. You understand value-based selling approach and can build strong and trusted relationships with variety of stakeholders including C-suite.
In addition you have
- Solid experience is the EV/emobility industy
- Experience in utilizing Sales Methodologies (i.e. MEDDIC / SPIN).
- Knowledge of digital sales tools such as HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Cognism.
- Expertise in creating comprehensive presentations, business calculations, business proposals and the ability to lead discovery workshops.
- Commercially astute, experience in developing business cases, value calculations, and ROI evidence together with customer’s key stakeholders.
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
- Willingness to travel as required (national and occasional international travel).
- Experience in EV Charging/EV platform/Solution Sales is considered an advantage.
