Who we seek:

We are now looking for an experienced Analyst Relations and Market Intelligence Manager with excellent communication skills to join our Communications team in Markets & Customers organization at Virta. You will play a vital role in managing and enhancing our company's relationships with industry analysts and shaping the perception of Virta among key influencers.

We're seeking a data-driven strategist with experience in consulting and/or eMobility. You'll leverage market research and competitive analysis to deliver valuable insights that fuel strategic decision-making and accelerate our go-to-market strategy.

You'll work closely with our Sales, Communication, Product and Technology teams to build informed analyst relationships, increase their understanding about Virta Product and Technology capabilities and product market fit.

This role can be located in Helsinki or Stockholm.

What you’ll do:

• Analyze internal data, conduct market research, and provide actionable insights to inform strategic decisions and drive successful go-to-market strategies.
• Create and distribute high-quality materials such as press releases, white papers, and presentations tailored to analyst needs.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive analyst relations strategy and engagement plan that aligns with the Virta’s objectives.
• Build and maintain strong and positive relationships with key industry analysts, research and consultancy firms.
• Influence analyst perception of Virta via proactive engagement including but not limited to analyst briefings, inquiries, strategy sessions, annual industry analyst forums, webinars, conference attendance, newsletters, and social media engagement.
• Ensure consistent and clear communication with analysts, providing them with regular updates on company developments, product launches, and strategic initiatives.
• Prepare Virta executives and other spokespeople for interactions with analysts.
• Collect perceptions from analyst research and share insights internally.
• Work closely with communication, marketing, product management, sales, data and strategy and other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to analyst relations and leverage analyst insights across the organization.
• Track and report on the effectiveness of analyst relations activities, including coverage, sentiment, and the impact on business goals.

What you’ll bring:

You are enthusiast about being part of sustainable transition in mobility and energy. You are a self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset and motivated to build and develop a new function and activities. You thrive in fast-paced environments and have the ability solve challenges and work collaboratively with all stakeholders. You will work closely with CRO and other key commercial executives and report directly to Communications Director.

In addition, you have:

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Technology or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in consulting, research, analyst relations, public relations, communications, or a related role, within the technology or mobility industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing relationships with industry analysts.
• Excellent social skills and ability to influence variety of stakeholders.
• Great communication and presentation skills in English, both written and verbal. Other languages are seen as an advantage.
• Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to distill complex information into clear and concise messages.
• Ability to travel occasionally.
