Sales Director, Scandinavia
We are on an exciting growth trajectory and are looking for a motivated and strategic Sales Director to join our team and lead our sales efforts. As the Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the development and execution of our sales strategy in Scandinavia. You will lead, mentor, and expand a high-performing sales team while nurturing relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Your expertise in the SaaS/emobility industry will be critical to identifying market opportunities and positioning our solutions effectively.

What you’ll do
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.
- Engage with key clients and partners to build strong relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and threats.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness of sales initiatives.
- Prospect qualification, development, and execution of new sales opportunities
- Pipeline management, sales process management including effective forecasting and opportunity closure
- Analyze sales metrics and prepare reports for executive leadership, detailing performance, challenges, and growth opportunities.
- Drive initiatives to improve the sales process and increase efficiency.
What you’ll bring
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in SaaS sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in a sales leadership role, with a demonstrated ability to build and lead successful sales teams.
- Proven track record in communicating with C-level decision makers and other key stakeholders
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically in a fast-paced environment.
- Accountability, self-motivation, and ability to aspire others to greatness
- Lead by example in everything from admin to customer relations building structure and processes
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Experience in utilizing Sales Methodologies like MEDDIC / SPIN
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills in Swedish and English
- Willingness to travel as required (national and occasional international travel)
- Right to work in EU
