Head of Customer Success, Europe North
Virta is on a mission to revolutionize EV charging with our cutting-edge SaaS platform. We're looking for a sharp and driven Head of Customer Success, Europe North to help us cultivate lasting relationships with our amazing customers and lead our team members in Scandinavia, UK and Finland. As a Head of Customer Success, you will develop and maintain strong relationships with customers ensuring their business needs are met and exceeded as well as lead and coach other high-performing Customer Succes Managers in the region. You’ll be the face of Virta to our customers ensuring smooth collaboration and making sure we always add value to their business. This role will report directly to Director of Customer Success and preferred location is Sweden.
What you’ll do
- Lead & develop the Europe North Customer Success Team. Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to drive customer adoption, engagement, and retention across the region.
- Develop & execute regional strategy. Craft and implement a strategic plan for customer success in Europe North, aligned with overall global Customer Success strategy, company goals and considering regional nuances.
- Drive customer adoption & growth. Cultivate strong relationships with key customers, understand their needs, and proactively identify opportunities to expand their use of our services.
- Analyze data & identify trends. Utilize data analytics to track customer behavior, identify trends, and develop actionable insights to improve customer experiences and retention rates.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with Sales, Product Development, and Engineering teams to ensure seamless customer journeys and alignment on customer priorities.
- Research industry best practices and emerging trends in customer success, continuously seeking ways to enhance our approach and deliver exceptional value to customers.
What you’ll bring
- Proven experience in customer success, project management , technical consulting or a related field, with at least few years leading a team.
- Demonstrated ability of managing high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation and problem-solving skills. Data-driven mindset and an aptitude for technology
- Proven track record of building and scaling customer success, professional services, and support functions.
- Passion for customer success and a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences.
- Fluent written and spoken Swedish & English
- Right to work in Sweden
