We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the development and execution of our product strategy in the DACH market. With a strong background in product marketing and management, you will bring a deep understanding of regional market dynamics and a passion for delivering customer-centric solutions.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with internal and external teams, including sales, customer success management, product development, and our ever-growing customer base. Your responsibilities will include understanding regional market requirements and conveying these insights to our global product development team. This exciting opportunity is based in Berlin.

What you’ll do

• Market analysis & understanding customer insights: Conduct thorough market research to identify customer needs, local regulatory requirements, market trends, and competitive landscape within the region.
• Customer and partner engagement: Proactively engage our customers and partners and understand their needs to innovate and reimagine product solutions. Demonstrate a strong customer-centric approach and integrate customer value into products.
• Product marketing & regional launches: Lead the regional launch strategy, including product launches, positioning, and launch support including sales material localisation.
• Performance monitoring: Track and analyze product performance metrics, user feedback, and market trends to inform product enhancements and future development.
• Effective collaboration: Work closely with global product teams to ensure regional insights are integrated into the overall product roadmap. Foster a culture of collaboration with product and tech teams to address core customer needs.
• Cross-functional leadership: Influence a wide range of stakeholders including engineering, design, sales, and marketing to achieve product vision. Guide teams to identify improvements and overcome obstacles.

What you’ll bring

You possess a strong understanding of product marketing and management in B2B SaaS environments. You thrive under deadlines and maintain composure under pressure. You're proactive in suggesting improvements when you identify them. Your excellent communication skills empower you to collaborate effectively with customers and a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders. You have

• Proven experience in product marketing and product launch activities
• Background in B2B SaaS environments
• Experience in the EV charging field is a plus
• Ability to develop strong customer relationships and analyse customer needs
• Capable of translating local market insights into actionable feedback for the global product development team
• Fluent in both English and German
• Current residence inside the EU
