Resolution Manager – eMobility
Are you ready to drive the future of e-mobility? We’re are seeking a tech-savvy and proactive Resolution Manager to lead the way in delivering outstanding customer experiences. What You’ll Do
- Lead the end-to-end resolution of customer queries—software, hardware, incidents, service requests, and general inquiries for B2B, B2C, and end users.
- Transform reactive support into proactive prevention, driving continuous improvement in customer experience.
- Act as the key user for support applications (Zendesk, Tableau), building dashboards and reports to monitor and enhance performance.
- Ensure we meet and exceed service targets and SLAs: response time, resolution time, first contact resolution, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Organize and manage a rotating on-call schedule, ensuring 24/7 support for major incidents and reporting hours to HR.
- Implement and share best practices, provide training, and ensure alignment with ITIL, ISO, and other frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Customer Service, Support Team Leads, and IT.
- Take ownership of risk logs, audits, and GDPR compliance within Customer Service.
- Drive projects in AI, continuous improvement, and change management related to customer service.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years’ experience in customer service or technical support, with a proven track record in driving performance and customer satisfaction.
- Experience with continuous improvement, operational excellence, or Lean is a plus.
- Familiarity with support applications and AI tools.
- Proficiency in English
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Structured, service-minded, and customer-oriented approach.
- Knowledge of customer service standards like ITIL
- Experience with Zendesk and dashboard applications (QlikSense, Tableau) is a plus.
